How We Triage Feedback
We review submissions in a weekly product and content meeting. Reports are grouped by topic, urgency, and
user impact so the highest-value fixes are delivered first. Finance interview candidates usually report three
areas: deeper worked examples, better question sequencing, and smoother mock-to-checkout flow.
What Makes Feedback Actionable
The fastest way to get a fix is to include your source page, track focus, and one specific issue in your
message. If a question feels too shallow, tell us which concept is missing. If the mock flow feels unclear,
describe the exact step where confidence dropped so we can patch the right part of the funnel.
